The Gathering Area

This is where the clans come to discuss any news around the land, and where they interact each other. It's also the place where the Deity announces a new Elite (outside the cave). The river is also the Green-Rocks River, and it separates the clan's territories.

Pyromania laid at the river's side, large dark paws dipped in the water and sad amber eyes closed to the world. Suddenly a howl pierced through his calm environment, instantly putting the grand sized brute on alert. He planted his paws firmly on the ground and scanned the area, quickly realizing the song was a call that had come from down the river. The dark coated male laid back his ears and wrestled with the idea of following the call, 'This could be a chance to start over..... but do I really want to...' While lost in thought Pyro's limbs began to instinctively move, following the signal given by the unknown wolf. Pyro came back and realized he was close to others of his kind. He took to the shadows and circled about, trying to find a spot to look through and see what he was up against.

Pyro let out a slight hiss under his breath and stepped out into the light, flicking his ears like radar dishes, trying to pick up away sounds of an ambush. His golden eyes looked over each wolf and then stopped on the one who had called him out. He flicked his tail and then bowed his head slightly, speaking in a deep, monotoned voice, "Hello, my name is Pyromania and I am seeking a pack to join." He quirked his maw into a slight, sad half-smile and his attention seemed to falter as he stood, starring forward. He slightly shook his head, coming back to earth and looked up at the dominate fae. "I'm not very good with social interaction or 'team work'," He stressed the 'team work' part, "but I'm trying to learn.."

Pyro felt his lip twitch as the others turn their eyes on him, 'Gosh I hate being the 'new guy'....' He took a deep breath, his chest rising and falling with the thump of his heart, could he do it? He looked at the fae and just focused on her, blocking out the others for now. He knew it would be hard joining another pack and starting over, but it was something he needed and wanted to do. He flicked his ear and gave a slight smile, "Yes I would madam."

Pyro looked at the others, finally acknowledging them. This was the pack he had heard about then, the one split into two clans, the Shadow and Ocean clan. The dark colored brute flicked his tail, "I will join the Shadow clan." He thought about it for a moment and then realized, he had no idea what they called their ranks. He rolled his shoulders and sat back on his haunches, "I don't know what yall call it, but I was a scout in my old pack and that's what rank I would like to be."
