Wild Storm - Single Tear
Okay before I get to the really juicy stuff I'm going to explain some things.
Wild Storm is a bunch of books based on roleplays I've been in, mainly one on wolfquest called 'Winter Willow'. It's about two packs, Aspen Fighters who are evil and want all the territory a wolf could have, they are like like bugs, they keep coming back. And of course, Winter Willow! A group of loners whom joined together to survive and to rid of evil... forever. Single Tear is the first book and still being written. Here's the characters so far:
Storm - the main character and protecter. She's haunted by her pack's death forever and seeks revenge on the pack who killed them. But when it comes to everything else she's wise and brave.

Wild - the story teller. There's something fishy about her though that you'll figure out later in the book.

Sand - the brother of Storm. He's very protective of his sister but can be a big softy when given the chance.

Rou - the grandchild of Wild. He's very outgoing and hyper. He is an heir and doesn't know it, but at least he always wants to learn more.

Chapter 1:
“Grandma, grandma” called the tiny pup looking for his beloved grandmother, Wild. A lonely voice answered from the bushes, “child, I’m fine” the old wolf replied. She limped over to the tiny pup, “can’t a wolf go for a walk around the territory?” chuckled Wild shaking her head. The pup’s eyes brightened and he started to jump up and down, “come on! We’re going to miss the story telling night” he yipped racing back to the den. Wild just laughed and followed, “I still have some speed under this tatted pelt” she grinned catching up with the pup easily. The sight of elders and pups entering the den for this one night a year was amazing, and to think that Wild could finally share her long stories was almost heart stopping. Everyone in the valley knew two names of true warriors, heroes, and the one pack they defeated.
The pair entered the den, everyone, even alphas bowed to them. They took a seat next to the pup’s parents and watched the other elders share their own stories. One was about how Edruff, the old brown male, lost his eye while in a battle with a bear. Another was why Inhon wears a dead lily in her fur. There was even ones about the legends of River and Tala.
The night went slowly, everyone enjoying the stories from both elders and adults, there was a few pup ones too. But when it was time for Wild to tell her story everyone was quiet. The elder smirked and took a breath, “well I guess it’s my turn then” she said looking at the circle of canines staring at her. “It’s a long and sad story, but it’s very much true” she said taking another breath and closing her eyes to bring back the memories. “When I was only a young wolf, there was a huge war against the Aspen Fighters and the Winter Willow…”
A young multicoloured female trotted next to her brother, her name was Storm. “Where are we going, brother?” she asked looking at her ginger and brown brother, Sand. He looked at his tannish sister with soft eyes, “somewhere away from home” he answered in a stern tone. He sighed and returned his vision to the front. Storm looked down at her paws and stopped walking, “where is home now? I’ll tell you, nowhere, we’ve lost everything to them” she huffed. “And that’s why we must keep moving” Sand replied narrowing his eyes at the thought of ‘them’. “So what if Hunters of the Hills fell” he huffed back, “how could you brother?! That’s our parent’s pack your talking about!” she snarled at her brother leaping in front of him from behind. Sand looked at Storm with soft eyes again, “it’s best we keep moving” he said pushing his way around her. The young female just looked down at her paws again then looked behind her once more at the rolling hills, and finally followed her brother not howling a word…

Chapter 2
“Where are we…?” asked Storm as they entered a thick, dark and murky forest. Her ears perked suddenly as a bird took off from it’s perch. “Settle down, sister. It’s only a forest” exclaimed Sand glaring back at Storm when suddenly his stomach growled, he just frowned. “Come on, it’s been three days since we ate. There’s no prey here, not even a scent of a hare” Storm barked at her snarling brother’s stomach. “I know, I…” Sand stopped his sentence when the bird that took off fell from the sky and landed at their feet. “Uh… what was that?” questioned Sand. His sister looked up at the sky, nothing was there but then she looked at the trees. What she saw was a long, bushy tail. “I think its… Dinner?” Storm staggered to answer. “From the sky?” her brother replied with a lift of his eye brow then bent down to sniff it, “it’s fresh” he exclaimed. Storm looked at him with a glare then back at the trees, “might as well eat it, it’s not like there’s anything else around here.”
Days passed and the two kept getting these gifts from the forest. They came to a river with a little burrow beside it and you could hear crying coming from inside.
“What is that noise?!” barked the stubborn headed male after lapping up the cool, fresh water. “It’s coming from over here!” yipped Storm sniffing into the burrow only to find a young albino pup, left for dead. “What is it?” Sand growled coming up behind his sister. “It’s… it’s…” Storm staggered, “a pup?” Sand finished her sentence. Storm glanced deeper into the den where symbols were scratched into the wall. “Sand, look at this… What do you make of it?” she whimpered pointing into the darkness. Sand crawled deeper into the tunnel and read aloud, “this pup isn’t like me. It shall be left for death as I am not it’s father and it’s mother is… Dead.” The tiny pup looked up at the multicoloured fae, skinny and on the last thread of life. He wiggled his way up to her, wanting a warm body to care for his as is his instincts. Storm did not move away but let the pup curl into her fur, she felt sorry for the puppy. “Who would do such a thing, even if they weren’t their pup” Storm whispered as the pup almost was asleep already. “I don’t know, but I have a feeling we were meant to find him” said Sand looking around. Storm was a little distracted with the tiny bundle of white, “he’s very different, isn’t he” she whispered, “does it say he has a name?” she questioned to her brother but he just shook his head. “Hmm… Well you’ll need a name, how about… River” Storm grunted to think of a name on the spot. “After all, we found you by one, eh?” she whispered looking at Sand. “Little River…”

o.o River is so unsuspectable, he is so cute yet he is growing up to be an blood thirsty warrior! Hmm I'll have to see what happens next
Re: Wild Storm - Single Tear
XD River seems so innocent, it's almost ironic that he grows up to be a heartless killer!
